Mavem wine spirit originates from the Tagus Valley in Portugal and is aged in oak barrels. Each batch matures under significant seasonal temperature shifts, creating dynamic aging. Winter's cold slows the process, revealing fruity notes and floral scents. Summer's heat develops vanilla flavors, pleasant sweetness, and integrated alcohol. This is a small 50ml sample from a flight of Portuguese spirits. Information from the Mavem website.
