About this bottle

Mezcal Legendario Domingo originates from San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico, crafted by Master Mezcalero Gregorio Velasco. It is produced from espadin agave harvested at 8 to 9 years of age. The agave hearts are pit-roasted, then crushed using a tahona pulled by a horse. Fermentation occurs in oak vats, followed by double distillation in copper stills, and the spirit is bottled at 48% ABV.

A fairly mellow, bright mezcal considering the alcohol level. Less smoky.
