A robust Agave Spirit from 100% Espadin Agave, made by NOM-O191X in Oaxaca, Mexico. It begins aromatically with baked agave, wood, earth, herbs & spices. Its full and complex development brings ginger, pine, sandalwood & a whisper of mesquite. It concludes with a lengthy, warm finish, showing just a hint of smoke. January 2025
