About this bottle

Mexicano is a rare agave variety that is native to the region surrounding Aquilino's farm in Candelaria Yegolé. To address the low sugar content typical of this semi-wild agave, Aquilino incorporates a small amount (10%) of espadín into this particular batch.

From batch A-37-M-14, with 50.2% alcohol. Notes of peach, spicy cinnamon, and crème brûlée; wonderfully hot and sweet.

2018. Aroma: pepper, vegetal. Taste: pepper, pleasant smoke, light leather.
