About this bottle

The 2022 edition of Michter's Celebration Sour Mash marks the fourth release of this type from the brand, which debuted in 2013. Despite a planned late 2022 release, production challenges led to a launch in February 2023. Similar to the 2019 bottling, Master Distiller Dan McKee selected the barrels, choosing seven in total: three Kentucky straight bourbon and four Kentucky straight rye. The whiskey's age ranges from 12 to 30 years. With only 328 bottles globally, it is bottled at 112.8 proof. (Suggested retail price $6,000)
