Intriguing. I appreciate the French Oak influence; it has notes of vanilla crème brûlée and cotton candy. Quite distinctive. I've tried several offerings from this distillery now, and about two-thirds of them have been successful. I'm not sure I'd consume a large quantity because it leans toward the sweeter end, but it still possesses a unique character. 3.75
