Mount Gay Black Barrel Cask Strength is a rum crafted from a mix of column still and pot still distillates. It underwent initial aging in American whiskey casks, followed by a finishing period in charred bourbon casks before being bottled at cask strength. This distillery-exclusive bottling was released in February 2023 to commemorate the brand's 320th anniversary.
