Mr. Pickles Pacific Northwest Gin, introduced in August 2023, is named for Master Distiller Ben Green's rescue dog. The gin's base is crafted from 100% soft white winter wheat, sourced from Camas Country Mill near Eugene, Oregon. Beyond juniper, it incorporates eleven additional botanicals, including sencha green tea, pink peppercorns, and marshmallow root.
