The nose carried cinnamon with a touch of apple and oak. The taste was slightly sweet, with a bit of heat, then the finish lacked presence. It wasn't bad, but it's not a bourbon for relaxed drinking.
Quite smooth, with an oaky, ashy aftertaste. Sweet on the palate with vanilla and perhaps some cherry notes?
Caramel corn, slightly oily, apples, oak with a maple note, cinnamon, and a sugary sweetness from the sherry.
