About this bottle

The Orkney Gin Company, a small, family-run business, emphasizes its Orcadian heritage. Their gin is produced on the Isle of Burray utilizing the cold compound, or bathtub, method. Seven distillations of grain spirit are infused with local and natural botanicals from Orkney. Johnsmas draws inspiration from the extended daylight of an Orkney summer, when the sun remains visible for long periods.
