This one lacks subtlety. They skillfully tried to improve the base spirit, which is a plain, uninteresting grain. The sherry cask aging is nice, but it can't make up for the lack of spirit flavor or complexity. A drying, bitter finish. And that concludes my last ghost distillery sample!
