About this bottle

Rhum J.M produces its rhum agricole at a distillery located very close to the sugarcane fields at Habitation Bellevue, at the base of Mt. Pelée in Macouba, Martinique. The sugarcane juice is extracted only an hour after harvesting. This particular rhum, distilled in 1995, was aged for 15 years in re-charred bourbon barrels and is bottled at cask strength.
