Ron Quorhum 23 Anõs Solera is a rum produced by the family-owned Oliver & Oliver Internacional. This distillery is located in rural Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The rum undergoes a Solera aging process for 23 years in American white oak barrels that previously held bourbon. It is bottled with an alcohol content of 40%.

A delightful, sweet spirit, almost like a liqueur. I'm pairing it with my Yellow Belly stout as a sweet element.
