About this bottle

Short Mountain Distillery in Cannon County, Tennessee, combines historical moonshining methods with contemporary sustainable agriculture. All grains for the distillate are cultivated on the Kaufman Brothers farm, supporting local employment and the regional economy. This cask-strength whiskey, based on the distillery's traditional moonshine recipe (30% corn, 70% cane), has matured for 29 months in charred oak barrels and is exclusively sold at the distillery.
