This is the inaugural bottled-in-bond whiskey from Missouri, crafted entirely from locally sourced sorghum from Sikeston, MO. It adheres to bottled-in-bond regulations for distillation and maturation, aging for a minimum of five years, and sometimes up to eight, before being bottled at 100 proof.
