An excellent wheat whiskey. I admit I was initially hesitant, as I sometimes find wheat-forward flavors overpowering. However, I was very impressed with the flavor profile and taste, prompting me to order another bottle, which I will keep to myself this time. It offers a superior taste, best enjoyed neat. The subtle vanilla notes on the palate are delightful. I also detect enjoyable, subtle coffee undertones, which I appreciate as a coffee enthusiast. My compliments to Still Austin Whiskey.
