Susto Mezcal Joven

Typical joven espadin characteristics are present, like lime, moderate smoke, and black pepper. I found it a bit uninspired, honestly; better suited for cocktails, I reckon. The $40 cost wasn't something I was thrilled about, either.

Aroma of ash and wood smoke, apple, honey, and wood. On the palate, pepper and ash.
