The Distillers Edition is an annual limited release from Diageo, showcasing select single malt Scotch distilleries in their portfolio. Each bottling undergoes a secondary maturation (finishing) in a specific cask type. For this Talisker bottling, casks previously holding Amoroso sherry, a blend of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry, are utilized. The whisky was distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2013 at 91.6 proof.
