Nose: Rich sherry fruit aromas. Sugary, syrupy raisins. A subtle nutty character emerges. Palate: Sugary raisins and exotic fruit. The alcohol content is quite strong. Finish: Woody with cask heat. Hints of cocoa. Observations: the aroma is significantly more engaging than the taste.
