The "La Latilla" rancho, situated on a gentle eastern slope receiving full afternoon sun, yielded the agaves for this tequila. Harvested in late 2014 and early 2015, this bottling carries a 2015 vintage date. The agaves were seven years old at harvest and averaged 32% sugar content, a higher than typical level.
