A delicate Agave Spirit from NOM 1414. The aroma carries cooked agave, wood, fruit, floral, herbal, and spice notes. A balanced middle reveals vanilla, plantain, caramel, and orange zest. The finish is swift and dry, with hints of jalapeño, oak, cinnamon, and honey. May 2024
