The London No. 1 Sherry Cask Gin begins with the brand's Original Blue Gin, which is produced in London using 12 botanicals and English grain spirits. The gin is then transferred to Jerez, Spain, where it is aged for 3 months in American oak casks that previously held Tio Pepe fino sherry before bottling. The Sherry Cask Gin was introduced to the UK and other markets in 2019, with the US market receiving its share in October 2022.
