About this bottle
The founder and master brewer of Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits initiated a separate distilling venture, Cutwater Spirits, before leaving the company. Early batches of Cutwater Spirits were actually created using Ballast Point's facilities. Their Three Sheets Rum is produced from pure sugar cane, rather than molasses, utilizing a hybrid still. This silver rum is bottled at 40% ABV.
