About this bottle

Applejack, a spirit that was nearly extinct, is experiencing a revival due to the micro-distillery movement in New England and New York. This version is barrel-aged for six weeks and distilled from Maine apple cider from the Apple Farm in Fairfield, using late-season varietals (Golden Russet, Permain, and Northern Spy) that are preservative-free.
