About this bottle

Virginia Moon White Whiskey is produced in batches using 600 pounds of Virginia wheat, 300 pounds of Virginia rye, and 100 pounds of malted barley. These grains are milled on-site and mashed in a 550-gallon tun. Following a 4- to 5-day fermentation period, the mash is twice-distilled and bottled at 90 proof.
