About this bottle

This mezcal is recognized as the first "vegan" pechuga, substituting traditional raw poultry with a focus on botanicals. Locally sourced herbs are introduced into the still before the second distillation of espadín agave. Production is highly limited to just 300 bottles, so prompt purchase is advised if available.
