About this bottle
Wigle Distillery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, produces this organic genever-style gin. It is crafted from an heirloom grain mash of locally sourced rye, wheat, and malted barley. The botanicals are also organic, featuring juniper berries, cardamom, cubeb, and lavender. In keeping with its Dutch heritage, the gin is distilled in a copper-pot still before resting in barrels and being bottled at 47% ABV.
