About this bottle
Xellent Edelweiss Gin is a Swiss spirit featuring 25 distinct herbs, berries, and flowers, with most ingredients, including the rye, originating from central Switzerland. Two rye varieties, Picasso and Matador, are utilized and harvested in the late summer. This rye forms the foundation for the gin, which is also used to produce a vodka by the distillery. Among the listed botanicals are juniper, edelweiss, woodruff, elderflower, lemon balm, and lavender, with the latter two cultivated by Master Distiller Franz Huber. The water employed in its distillation comes from the Titlis glacier in central Switzerland.
